Iconergy provided a Performance contract for Qualtek Manufacturing, a regional metal fabrication company. Iconergy identified energy saving opportunities to focus on during the EPC such as process heating optimization, process cooling, lighting, demand response/peak shaving, compressed gas optimization, and energy accounting. Results included improved functionality of space due to lighting re-design and improved indoor air quality. The project exceeded the guaranteed savings values.
