Commissioning services were performed for this 73,461 square foot, three-story building that houses a theater that includes two green rooms, lobbies, reception area, and conference rooms. This historic building renovation and addition project, was constructed through a phasing plan in order to continue occupancy during construction. The project achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 - LEED 2009 Silver certification.

The space includes a new 256 seat theater and 100 seat recital hall, new rehearsal halls, and a dance studio. The project was built to achieve LEED O+M: Existing Buildings v3 - LEED 2009 Silver certification, which is still in progress.
