Reduce risk of airborne pathogens, including COVID-19, for your building occupants.
Iconergy provides engineering and construction services to assist your facilities team in meeting the recommendations from the CDC (Center for Disease Control), ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), and other leading institutions. Iconergy does this via evaluations and assessments, planning and design, construction management, or – in some cases – implementation of turnkey design-build solutions. These solutions aim to reduce the risks associated with exposure pathways of COVID-19 within your building, especially the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. When appropriate, Iconergy leads the implementation of the proposed solutions. Following recommendations from the CDC, ASHRAE, and other organizations, Iconergy has been able to assist clients along the Front Range community with their commercial facilities (schools and universities, labs, offices, hospitals, courthouses and judicial buildings, etc.).
If engaged to provide an assessment or evaluation, Iconergy’s team of engineers and experienced facility professionals will deliver a report that includes known environmental building system deficiencies and unique solutions for your building. Iconergy engineers will utilize calibrated tools to determine whether specific HVAC equipment has issues that need to be addressed, and whether those issues are major or minor.
To best meet our clients’ needs, our scope of work will include a review of all HVAC mechanical systems, meet with stakeholders, and develop an implementation budget. The implementation of the recommendations will likely be a mix of operation and maintenance solutions that can be implemented within one to three weeks. In some cases, capital equipment installations may be recommended, which may take one to three months to install.
Contact Iconergy today to let us help you assess your situation. With a few days of effort, we can provide you with analysis and report with action items and recommendations that will reduce risk of airborne pathogens, including COVID-19, for your building occupants.
