Pitkin County Library
Commissioning, energy design, and energy modeling services were performed for the 31,000 square foot library renovation and 4,500 square foot expansion. The existing portion of the Library was a historic renovation and the expansion included a children’s reading area with a heated radiant floor.

Clear Creek County Courthouse Complex
Clear Creek County secured design-build retrofit and construction services from Iconergy as part of its Courtroom Remodel project. The project included a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the courtrooms, judge’s chambers, and various support office spaces so they could meet ADA and new programming requirements for how the courthouse was to operate.
Colorado Talking Book Library
