Commissioning services were performed for this 45,000 square foot justice center. The facility was comprised of three courtrooms, two hearing rooms, and a room that is multipurpose and was funded by the implementation of a county sales tax.

Iconergy partnered with Clear Creek County to develop and utilize an energy performance contract to optimize the performance of all of the County's facilities. Total estimated annual savings are roughly 36% of the baseline electric consumption, 16% of the baseline electric demand, and 25% of the baseline natural gas use. The total verified annual savings are over-performign the County's EPC guarantee, and are appraoching $70,000 a year, or more than 20% of the baseline facility utility costs.

Clear Creek County secured design-build retrofit and construction services from Iconergy as part of its Courtroom Remodel project. The project included a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the courtrooms, judge's chambers, and various support office spaces so they could meet ADA and new programming requirements for how the courthouse was to operate.

Clear Creek County secured design-build retrofit and construction services from Iconergy as part of its Courtroom Remodel project. The project included a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the courtrooms, judge’s chambers, and various support office spaces so they could meet ADA and new programming requirements for how the courthouse was to operate.

Iconergy installed a building automation system (BAS) at the Colorado Talking Book Library and incorporated additional energy saving and comfort improving features via the BAS that addressed long-standing client concerns.

The Judicial Center encompasses the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and numerous judicial and legal agencies. This project achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 - LEED 2009 Gold certification.
