Commissioning services were performed for this 45,000 square foot justice center. The facility was comprised of three courtrooms, two hearing rooms, and a room that is multipurpose and was funded by the implementation of a county sales tax.
Pitkin County Library
Commissioning, energy design, and energy modeling services were performed for the 31,000 square foot library renovation and 4,500 square foot expansion. The existing portion of the Library was a historic renovation and the expansion included a children’s reading area with a heated radiant floor.
Miller Global Properties, Dry Creek Center
Iconergy was contracted by Miller Global Properties to perform commissioning services for the seven-story, 216,811 square foot Dry Creek Center. This Class A office project was initially only a core and shell building; however, the tenant also then contracted with Iconergy to provide core and interior commissioning as well during the tenant fit out. Adams State University, Richardson Hall
Commissioning services were performed for this 73,461 square foot, three-story building that houses a theater that includes two green rooms, lobbies, reception area, and conference rooms. This historic building renovation and addition project, was constructed through a phasing plan in order to continue occupancy during construction. The project achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – LEED 2009 Silver certification.
University of Wyoming, Biological Science Building
Iconergy provided commissioning services for the mechanical system retrofit project of the University’s main biology laboratory building. The 160,000 square foot facility houses laboratories, offices, classrooms, storage rooms, and a 25-room vivarium. The building was deemed one of the University’s best-performing laboratories, boasting an energy intensity of 80-90 kBTU/SF/year
University of Wyoming, Michael B. Enzi STEM Building
Iconergy provided commissioning services for the three-story Michael B. Enzi STEM Building. The facility is 107,000 square feet and comprised of laboratories, classrooms, and offices to support the chemistry, life sciences, and physics and astronomy departments.
University of Wyoming High Bay Research Facility
Iconergy provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the 90,000 square foot research laboratory that supports the Center of Innovation for Flow Through Porous Media, improved oil recovery, Geomechanics and structural engineering.
Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Medical Office Building
Iconergy commissioned the 58,000 square foot medical office building addition to an existing 143,000 square foot hospital. The two-story medical office building houses specialty physicians and ambulatory services.

City of Fort Collins: Museum of Discovery
Commissioning services were performed for the museum’s de-humidification system’s design and installation. Iconergy’s subsequent monitoring-based commissioning services for the whole building enabled the museum to meet changing thermal comfort and operational needs associated with rotating exhibits as well as unlocking additional energy savings for this LEED Platinum building.
