The systems included in the commissioning scope were air handlers, heating plant, pumps, fans, makeup air units, heat exchangers, suite air conditioning units, occupant sensors, time-switches, and daylight responsive lighting.

Iconergy completed commissioning for this 4-story 110,000 SF Hotel in Breckenridge, CO. The commissioning met IECC commissioning requirements. The systems included in the commissioning scope were air handlers, heating plant, pumps, fans, makeup air units, heat exchangers, suite air conditioning units, occupant sensors, time-switches, and daylight responsive lighting.

Many energy conservation measures (ECMs) were implemented such as retrofitting exterior and parking garage lighting, insulation, and replacing boilers. Phase 1 over-performed guaranteed savings by more than 10%.
