Commissioned the newly constructed 90,000 square foot elementary school. Denver Public Schools (DPS) requested Iconergy go beyond LEED requirements by adding plumbing and electrical systems to the commissioning scope, and requested Iconergy provide systems-level training directly to DPS staff.
Iconergy provided design phase energy modeling and complete project commissioning for the newly constructed 129,000 square foot middle school.
Retro-Commissioning services were performed to investigate the central heating and cooling plant operation as well as rooftop unit operation at the high school. Iconergy staff identified five opportunities that were calculated to reduce annual energy demand by 457,708 kWh. Iconergy also performed commissioning on this project upon its completion.
