Commissioned the newly constructed 123,948 square foot, two-story K-8 school.
Commissioning services of the 93,526 square feet of existing space and the 34,491 square foot addition was performed for the school serving students in 6th – 12th grade. A retro-commissioning HVAC assessment of the existing equipment was also performed to provide an understanding of the state of operation of existing HVAC equipment prior to integration of the new construction addition.
Commissioning services were performed for the newly constructed 60,000 square foot elementary school. This project earned CHPS certification.
Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning and measurement and verification were performed for the renovation of the existing high school and elementary school as well as the 57,000 square foot addition. The BEST grant-funded project was being renovated with careful consideration for maintaining the historical integrity of the building and was LEED BD+C: Schools v3 – LEED 2009 certified.
Commissioning was performed for the 73,400 square foot elementary school. This bond-funded project was a major renovation project that resulted in nearly all new HVAC high efficiency mechanical systems. Iconergy started this project as an energy consultant to evaluate the buildings and develop design solutions, which were turned over to the future design team.
Commissioning services were performed for the renovation of the 47,348 square feet of existing space and the 9,837 square foot addition that comprised of nine newly constructed classrooms.
Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning were performed to achieve LEED BD+C: Schools v3 – LEED 2009 Gold certification for this new 63,000 square foot elementary school. The newly constructed two-story K-8 facility featured a geo-exchange system.
