Commissioning services were performed for the Hurst Hall renovation project. The teaching and research laboratory building is a three-story, 85,000 square foot integrative classroom and laboratory facility to further education in the sciences.
Commissioning services were performed for this 50,000 square foot addition and 25,000 square foot renovation project. The building houses all of the college’s health professions programs and is comprised of offices, laboratories, and classrooms. Monitoring-based commissioning services were also implemented using SkySpark to the building automated system to monitor for anomalies and incorrect operation.
Building controls were upgraded for the existing 125,000 square foot laboratory building that supports the Chemistry and the Civil and Environmental Engineering Departments. There was a total of 20 laboratory spaces, all with air valves on the supply air, hood and snorkel air, and exhaust air systems.
