Iconergy participated in the Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) Building Tune-Up program to provide retro-commissioning and monitoring-based commissioning services for the Mulberry Pool. The 25,000 square foot facility houses an indoor pool and spa, locker rooms, and community recreation spaces.
City of Fort Collins, Edora Pool & Ice Center (EPIC)
Iconergy participated in the Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) Building Tune-Up program to provide retro-commissioning and monitoring-based commissioning services for the Edora Pool & Ice Center (EPIC). The 97,700 square foot recreation center houses an indoor pool, two full size ice rinks, locker rooms, and community recreation spaces.

Over the past four years, Iconergy has completed commissioning, retrocommissioning, and monitoring-based commissioning at various facilities through Fort Collins. The Fort Collins EPIC Center, Mulberry Pool, Lincoln Center, and Museum of Discovery are some of the buildings we have completed work for.
City of Fort Collins: Museum of Discovery
Commissioning services were performed for the museum’s de-humidification system’s design and installation. Iconergy’s subsequent monitoring-based commissioning services for the whole building enabled the museum to meet changing thermal comfort and operational needs associated with rotating exhibits as well as unlocking additional energy savings for this LEED Platinum building.
Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center
LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, measurement and verification, and thermal comfort verification services were performed for the 694,859 square foot state courthouse. Additionally, our team performed monitoring-based commissioning using SkySpark. Red Rocks Community College, Health Professions and Sciences
Commissioning services were performed for this 50,000 square foot addition and 25,000 square foot renovation project. The building houses all of the college’s health professions programs and is comprised of offices, laboratories, and classrooms. Monitoring-based commissioning services were also implemented using SkySpark to the building automated system to monitor for anomalies and incorrect operation.
