Iconergy is proud to be a pre-qualified energy service company (ESCO) by the State of Colorado's Energy Office, the State of Wyoming and the State of Montana. This means we can provide performance contracting and design/build services for state, city, county, and special district entities in these states.

As a prequalified energy services company we are committed to developing quality comprehensive facility solutions for our clients. Our experienced staff will work alongside you, with the assistance of State representatives, to provide your agency with the most attractive facility solution at the best possible value.

Our turnkey performance contracting services include: grant assistance, owner’s representation, energy auditing, solution development, energy engineering, energy modeling, design development, contract development, third party financing, renewable energy solutions, project management, commissioning, post measurement and verification, and consulting.

Program Memberships

Colorado Energy Office
Iconergy is a local, Colorado-owned and operated company whose entire staff is based in Colorado. While state entities need to go through a supplemental selection process, non-state entities may engage Iconergy directly since our pre-approval from the State of Colorado was achieved through a competitive selection process.

Wyoming Business Council
Iconergy is proud to be a prequalified ESCO for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) in the State of Wyoming. Iconergy staff has experience inside of Wyoming with energy engineering and energy performance contracting.
