Since 2014, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has contracted Iconergy to perform various building energy engineering services for more than 20 projects for their office and laboratory spaces. Services Iconergy staff have performed include energy and water audits, lighting assessments, renewable energy assessments, commissioning, retro-commissioning, monitored-based commissioning with SkySpark to verify energy savings, and consulting. Many of these projects were completed simultaneously by Iconergy staff in order to meet the desires of CDPHE and complete projects within the contracted timeline.

To meet the City of Boulder Building Performance Ordinance, Iconergy performed Level I Energy Assessments & Level II Energy Audits on more than 30 county-owned facilities. The purpose of the energy assessments and audits was to identify energy conservation measures that would reduce energy consumption in the facilities and calculate the estimated implementation cost, estimated annual electricity savings, and return on investment for each identified energy conservation measure.
