Denver Health Hospital Authority

Iconergy was selected as Denver Health’s (DHHA) long term facility and utilities partner in 2020. The first project is to conduct an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for a comprehensive, multi-year facilities upgrade program that will be implemented over multiple phases at Denver Health’s nearly 2.7M square feet of facilities. Phases 1 and 2 total approximately $14 million, with additional phases in development. Measures include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems and span measures such as building analytics/diagnostic monitoring software, lighting retrofits, central plant optimization and retrofits, controls retrofits and upgrades (mechanical, lighting), and renewable energy. Denver Health is one of the largest hospitals in the State of Colorado and one of only four Level I trauma centers in the state.

Iconergy is performing an efficiency retrofit under an energy performance contract for the State of Colorado’s capitol building and more than a dozen affiliated state agency facilities managed by the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration. The United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum is truly a world class venue, which does a beautiful job of highlighting our athletes, as well as embodying the environmental stewardship Colorado is known for. Iconergy lead LEED energy modeling and commissioning for the 60,000 square foot museum. The museum is comprised of multiple exhibit halls, a multimedia theater, events space, administration offices, a café, and retail areas.

Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District (CCMRD)

Iconergy has partnered with the Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District to optimize the performance of the recently renovated Clear Creek Recreation Center via an Energy Performance Contract that includes BAS optimization, pool modifications, and a 90kW solar PV installation amongst other measures identified and installed. The recreation center will stay optimized via Iconergy's use of SkySpark and monitoring-based commissioning.

Eagle County School District

Iconergy completed the District wide LED lighting retrofit including 14 schools and District administration buildings totaling over 840,000 square feet. The project followed an aggressive installation schedule that was to be substantially completed in 14 weeks. Iconergy was successful in obtaining over $280k of grant funds from the local utility and managed all aspects of the pre and post power and energy savings evaluations and the installation verification process with the local utility.

Iconergy was the provider for Energy Services delivered through the 2016 – 2018 Eagle County School District Bond program. Iconergy provided Fundamental Commissioning for the 727,000 square foot stadium, featuring locker rooms, training facilities, rehabilitation services, offices, concessions, suites, restaurants, conference rooms, hall of champions and academic lecture halls.
