To meet requirements for the State of Colorado’s High Performance Certification Program, Iconergy proposes to provide commissioning services equal to LEED v4 (Fundamental and Enhanced Cx) or CHPS Verified through the Collaborative for High Performance Schools. As the project design has yet to begin, plans are currently on this 74,250 SF school of medium complexity (VAV rooftop units with heating and chilled water plants, no renewable energy systems). The certification process dictates which equipment must be commissioned. Under a CHPS program the scope must include HVAC mechanical systems/equipment, the domestic hot water heating plant and automated lighting controls. LEED v4 includes the systems required under CHPS, as well as power distribution systems.

U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum

Iconergy provided Energy Modeling for the museum. As part of the schematic design process, building energy simulation modeling was utilized to provide a comparative analysis of several design options. Subsequently, we provided commissioning services to this 60,000 SF facility dedicated to sustainability. The US Olympic Museum is pursuing LEED certification and Iconergy is helping them achieve that goal with commissioned systems that include HVAC, lighting, and domestic hot water.

Iconergy was contracted by Miller Global Properties to perform commissioning services for the seven-story, 216,811 square foot Dry Creek Center. This Class A office project was initially only a core and shell building; however, the tenant also then contracted with Iconergy to provide core and interior commissioning as well during the tenant fit out. This historic building renovation and addition project, was constructed through a phasing plan in order to continue occupancy during construction.
